As Fleet Managers across Western Canada work to reduce costs and improve productivity, how they manage fuel is a key factor. FuelSrv has helped 100’s of businesses throughout the Greater Vancouver Area, BC streamline fueling with Mobile Fueling — and now we’re bringing the same service to Edmonton, Alberta.
While Fuel Card Programs offer convenience for certain situations, Mobile Fueling delivers the biggest returns when it comes to time savings, operational efficiency, and overall cost reduction.
The True Cost of Retail Fueling Programs
Retail fuel cards and incentive programs are familiar tools for Fleet Managers. They offer rebates or discounts, but the process still requires your drivers to:
- Leave the job site to refuel
- Wait in-line at gas stations
- Track receipts, fuel cards, and usage manually
- Risk theft from lost or misused fuel cards
- Burn time, fuel, and labor on non-billable tasks
That’s time your team could be spending on revenue-generating work.
Why Mobile Fueling Is the Smarter Choice
FuelSrv’s on-site mobile fuel delivery (direct-to-vehicle fueling) eliminates the gas station chore entirely. We deliver fuel directly to your vehicles and equipment — whether it’s at your yard, job site, or dispatch center.
Here’s how mobile fueling helps you:
- Save Time – No detours or downtime
- Lower Costs – Fewer idling hours and better fuel efficiency
- Boost Security – No fuel card misuse or lost receipts
- Enhanced Insight – Digital logs for every unit, sorted by vehicle or location
Customers using FuelSrv in BC have reported up to 15% in total fueling cost reductions, and we’re now offering the same benefits to fleets in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
Fuel Cards Still Have Their Place
While Mobile Fueling is the most efficient and cost-effective option, some teams — especially those with vehicles on the move — may still benefit from a Fuel Card Program. That’s why FuelSrv offers both.
For operations outside our delivery zones or those needing a backup plan, our fuel cards provide flexibility and control, with the same great service and support.
Whether you operate in Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, or Edmonton, FuelSrv is committed to helping your fleet stay fueled, productive, and on-time.
